But it can be made better with some stretching and movement every 15-20 minutes. These stretches only take a few seconds and can help to keep things loose and feeling good. . 🗑 There are a million other options that I didn't put in this video, including standing up from your chair. These are just a few of the ones I often find myself doing when I'm sitting at my computer for any sort of prolonged period of time. . 📎 Remember, it's not just static posture and one perfect position that is important to stay comfortable. The key is varying your postures, positions, and movement. . 🗃 If you have an option to get a standing desk, what I would recommend is a more modernized ergonomic work station that gives you a variety of different options.
